Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your equipment.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the shipping label and send the package back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
